  Ensure your refund request is submitted at least one hour before the scheduled showtime, as refunds cannot be processed once the movie has started.

  Choose to have your funds returned to your original payment method or opt for an AMC gift card for faster processing and future use.

  Review your transaction details and click 'Confirm Refund' to receive a confirmation email; please allow 3-5 business days for bank processing.
